We hope you enjoy all our products but should you have to, you can return any non personalised product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it (according to our terms & conditions). We will refund you within 14 days from the day we receive your return.

 

Do note you are liable to pay return shipping fee unless an item is faulty, then shipping costs will be refunded along with the order total. We advise to send the returns back via tracked delivery as until the item reaches us it is under your responsibility.
